Las tapas

El Chubut prioriza que Arcioni y Torres se reunirán la semana próxima para cerrar el proyecto de reperfilación de la deuda.

La gestión

El gobernador Mariano Arcioni presentó en Comodoro junto a la secretaria de Energía de la Nación, Flavia Royón, y su par de Asuntos Estratégicos, Mercedes Marcó del Pont, la Estrategia Nacional para el Desarrollo de la Economía del Hidrógeno. Es un proyecto de Ley de promoción con incentivos fiscales y cambiarios.

Royón aclaró que «la aplicación del dólar petrolero a las regalías lo deben consensuar las provincias y las operadoras. El decreto no se va a modificar, porque es de corta duración y además no se podría modificar a través de este instrumento la forma que se calculan las regalías».

Nación aumentó un 50,2% las transferencias automáticas a Chubut.

La Legislatura prorrogó los mandatos de Petrominera y aprobó tres nuevos pliegos de fiscales. También la Carta Orgánica Municipal de Gaiman.

Alertan por un inminente conflicto de poderes por la decisión del Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento que que impide el jury al fiscal Rivas, acusado por violencia de género y negligencia en un caso de abuso sexual infantil. El Consejo de la Magistratura debió presentar una medida autosatisfactiva que debe resolver el Superior Tribunal de Justicia.

La política I

El gobernador electo Nacho Torres quiere reunirse con el Superior Tribunal de Justicia, preocupado por las sospechas de irregularidades en el manejo de fondos y otorgamientos de cargos.

Torres también se reunirá «el lunes o martes» con el gobernador Arcioni para definir las leyes que permitirán la renegociación de la deuda externa, presupuesto 2024 y reducción de ministerios.

Arcioni declaró «con ‘Nacho’ hablo día por medio, estamos teniendo una transición respetuosa e institucional. Necesita un reperfilamiento de deuda que se lo vamos a dar. Lo vamos a autorizar, le vamos a dar todas las herramientas».

Pero también declaró “nosotros reducimos la deuda de la Provincia en más del 50% ¿De qué bomba me vienen a hablar que le voy a dejar a Torres? Si no estas capacitado hermano no trabajes, porque trabajar es ponerse al frente de la Provincia. Si Torres no sabía eso, no se hubiese presentado a las elecciones”. El ministro Antonena reconoció una deuda “flotante” de 220 millones de pesos.

Consultado sobre la ausencia del Intendente de Comodoro en la presentación sobre el proyecto de ley de incentivos a la industria del hidrógeno verde, Arcioni fue muy duro: «déjenlo a Luque tranquilo que debe estar de vacaciones».

Durante su exposición en la primera Jornada Patagónica de Comunicación y Consultoría Política, Torres insistió en que «a los que quieran atrincherarse con un pase a planta los vamos a sacar y denunciar con nombre y apellido». Y especificó: «Me enteré de que el ministro Aguilera se quiere acomodar en Servicios Públicos, no va a pasar».

Torres también se reunió con militantes en el Comité Radical de Madryn.

La UNPSJB Esquel invitó a debatir a los cuatro candidatos a diputados nacionales. Los candidatos por el peronismo (José Glinski) y la izquierda (Martín Ulacia) ya confirmaron su asistencia. ¿Confirmarán Jorge Ávila y Cesar Treffinger? Al libertario, que está cerca de ganar las dos diputaciones, los manuales le dirían que no le conviene.

Glinski participó de la presentación del proyecto de ley de incentivos a la industria del hidrógeno verde. También recorrió la planta de Hychico junto a la secretaria de Asuntos Estratégicos de la Nación, Mercedes Marcó del Pont, y el ministro de Hidrocarburos de Chubut, Martín Cerdá.

Nacionales

El dólar blue frenó su alza, pero la brecha con el dólar oficial sigue en 129,6%.

La producción de vehículos creció 18,1% (enero-septiembre) en comparación con el mismo período del año pasado.
